Should you require external windows cleaned or floors buffed and polished/steam cleaned we can arrange this for you.
Due to Work/Health and Safety Regulations our cleaners cannot lift items over 20kg in weight or move bulky items, such as washing machines, dishwashers or couches.
About the SAR Cleaning Team
We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Our staff are trained and undergo Criminal Record Checks. If you are a regular client we will provide you with a cleaner that will get to know you and your home and look after it as if it were their own home.
We will tailor our cleaning to your needs not what we think should be done.
When you want a quote from us we will come and meet you at your home/office to clearly document your needs to provide you with an accurate cost.
You will not have to supply anything for your cleaner we provide everything.

The SAR Cleaning Client Contact System
When you become a SAR Cleaning Darwin client, we provide you with your own account and log in on our website that lists all of your details including:
- Your regular cleaner
- The frequency of cleaning and day (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
- What your normal required clean consist of
- An area where you can add extra cleaning that you would like completed. This does need to be provided 2 weeks in advance if it will involve extra time for our rostering.
- A section where you can send messages securely knowing that by having provided us the information in writing there should not be any miscommunication.
Terms and Conditions
Here are the terms and conditions that make it possible for SAR Cleaning Darwin to offer you an affordable, reliable cleaning service.
As a regular client, you will receive an invoice that is due and payable within 7 days. If the invoice has not been paid in the required time frame we will need to postpone the next scheduled clean. The reason we must be strict on this matter is because we pay our staff weekly and to maintain our quality service to you we need to be able to cover our expenses with confidence.
However, please note that if your booking is for an End Of Lease/Bond clean, we do need payment to be made immediately upon booking.
Payment methods we accept are:
- Direct Debit
Cash cannot be accepted and we ask that you never leave cash at your property for collection.
If you need to change a booking, please give us more than 48 hours notice.
If your change needs to be made less than 48 hours prior to clean, we will need to apply a $10 late cancellation fee for cancelling or rescheduling a visit.
Upon booking, you are pledging to make sure our cleaners have access to your property. If this is delayed or cannot happen, we do need to charge a fee for rescheduling.
In the unlikely event that your account is not paid and we need to take debt recovery action, we need to apply a $100 fee to your overdue, unpaid invoice to help cover our recovery costs, and you will also be responsible for payment of any legal action we may need to take. But, of course, it should never come to this!
